Overview:

Instapass AI Chatbot is an intelligent conversational assistant built for two platforms - Instapass.ai (QR code generator and analytics) and Instapass.shop (resale ticket marketplace). The chatbot helps users discover events, find tickets, and access relevant travel and accommodation options.

The Challenge

The client needed an AI-powered chatbot that could work seamlessly across two different platforms, one focused on QR code analytics and the other on ticket resale. The challenge was to create branded, conversational flows that could guide users, answer FAQs, recommend tickets, and support travel-related affiliate integrations while maintaining a consistent user experience.

Our Solution

We designed and deployed a Botpress-powered chatbot system customised for both Instapass platforms. The solution included branded prompt engineering, autonomous ticket discovery flows, onboarding and FAQ conversations, affiliate travel integrations, and platform-specific bot cloning to ensure a seamless and scalable chatbot experience.
